It's The Running of the Pigs!!! Yes, We Really Do Mean PIGS!

Join 92.9 The Bandit on Friday, August 29th at 11am for the Running of the Pigs in commemoration of the 20th year of the Rib Cook-Off. The event happens on the western edge of the event near the US Bank stage. Watch 20 pigs race 100 yards down Victorian Avenue. Help us cheer for our pig, Porky! If Porky wins, The Nugget will donate $500 to the Nevada Patriot Fund.

Join the entire Bandit crew as we broadcast live from 8am to 7pm on Thursday, September 11th from the Sparks Police Department, 1701 E. Prater Way in Sparks. It's the 7th anniversary of the attacks on our nation and in remembrance, the Bandit is giving away commemorative anniversary American flags, one for each life lost on September 11, 2001. Just drive into the Sparks PD parking lot, pick up your flag and if you have some extra change, just drop it into the Bandit Barrel. While you're there, make sure to register to win some awesome prizes including concert tickets. All proceeds will go directly to the Sparks Law Enforcement and Firefighter funds.
