Nevada's Legendary Classic Rock, 92.9 The Bandit proudly supports the Sparks Police Department D.A.R.E. Program.

D.A.R.E. to resist drugs and violence is taught in all 15 elementary schools in Sparks. Officers Mark Finch and Gene Schriber teach the 10 week program. To graduate from the D.A.R.E. Program, each student must participate in class discussions, complete their workbooks and write a D.A.R.E. essay.
